However, please note that due to the delicate nature of jewelry and the uniqueness of each piece, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Our warranty covers issues such as faulty clasps, loose stones, or other manufacturing defects that may arise within 6 months. However, it does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.
Additionally, please be aware that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We take great care in crafting these bespoke pieces to your specifications and unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on them.
